Welcome to Queen Mary's Grammar School online SPORTS STORE
The School provides all sportswear to parents through the SPORTS STORE.
Please contact the school if you are in need of financial help to purchase the kit.
The Store is open on Wednesday lunchtimes. All orders need to be placed online and all exchanges/refunds need to be requested by email (see below). Orders can be picked up between 1 and 2pm on this day (Term Time Only).
The Sports Store will be closed on Wednesday 4th October but will be open on Friday 6th October instead.

To use our online SPORTS STORE, simply select the item(s) you want to buy and select the quantity and size. When filling in pupil details it is essential that we have enough information to identify your child. If you have not bought any sportswear previously, or it is some time since you made your last purchase, then we would recommend you or your son/daughter comes to the SPORTS STORE to check sizing before you purchase any items. Please note that from May 2022 the Samurai size labels have changed, please follow SIZE GUIDE - UPDATES V8 for guidance.
The total cost of your order will be calculated automatically. You may pay using PayPal or your debit or credit card.
Once the Sports Store has received your payment, your order will be processed and be ready for collection the next day the Sports Store is open. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks, please contact Mrs Hopkinson on firstname.lastname@example.org
Terms and Conditions of Sale
All returns and exchanges must be made within 28 days of purchase, with a copy of the order form or original order receipt. The products should be unused (with any tags still attached), in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid by card, it can take up to 7 working days to appear back in your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.
If there is a fault with any item, it must be returned to the Sports Store, we will then send the item back to Samurai for return/refund approval. When approved by Samurai a refund/exchange can be processed. Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels. If we are unable to offer an exchange, we can process a refund as detailed above.
Exceptional circumstances for returns or exchanges, after the 28 days, will be considered by the Store on an individual basis. Please contact Mrs Hopkinson on email@example.com
